After years of bartending across several countries, I had run into countless bartenders whose creativity astonished me. People truly brilliant with mixology. Their artistic talent however, almost always constrained by the operations of their establishment. I found myself wondering why these artists lacked better avenues to experiment and thrive.

Along the way, my cocktail game went from decent, to dangerously good (if I do say so myself). This is my chance to serve them to you.
